Tumet is pleased to announce that as of the September 1, 2014 the Stebbins Community Streets Project was substantially complete for Kawerak Transportation Program.

The project consisted of re-aligning, excavating, placing new drainage culverts, placing foam board, rebuilding all of the community streets and also building a new 1 mile long bypass road.

The project employed 35 people.
29 of which were tribal members.
16 were local to Stebbins and 10 were from St. Michael.
